Log into your Gym Plus account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to maintain eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
