Standard shipping for gym accessories takes 3-5 business days, while heavy equipment such as power racks and treadmills typically arrives within 7-10 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy for fitness apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like sweatbands and water bottles cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer assembly services for home gyms?
Yes, we partner with professional technicians to offer white-glove assembly services in select regions. You can add the 'Professional Assembly' option at checkout for an additional fee.
Are your weight plates and dumbbells sold in pairs?
Dumbbells and weight plates are sold individually unless specifically listed as a 'Pair' or 'Set' in the product title to allow for custom weight configurations.
